Yunnan Phosphate Group is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yuntianhua Group. It is the largest state-owned enterprise specialized in large-scale modern open-pit phosphate mining and dressing in China at present. The 2M-Ton Phosphate Mining and Dressing (Anning) Project of Yunnan Phosphate Group, which the Company participated in, is a supporting phosphate mining and dressing project of national phosphate compound fertilizer base in Yunnan Province, which was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and Yunnan Development and Reform Commission, and is one of the “Double Ten Billion” projects in Yunnan Province.
